Professional Background
Armando holds a diverse background of professional experience. From 1994 to 2007, he worked on the carrier side of the Medicare/Group Health industry, starting with PCA Plans of FL and Humana, where he learned how the industry develops, creates, and markets its products to the public. In 1997, Armando moved to Neighborhood HEALTH Partnership, where he developed approximately 2,500 Medicare Advantage clients, and became one of the carrier’s top producers. In April of 2007, Armando and his wife started their insurance agency, Diversified Employer Benefits, which offers Group Health, Employee Benefits and Medicare plans as well as Life, Disability, and Long-Term Care Insurance. In 2010, Armando joined Mass Mutual Investments and in 2015 expanded his practice to include investments, focusing on the 401(k) market. In early 2020, he joined the ABMM Financial family, assisting his agency’s clients with their retirement plans and goals.

Education
Armando attended Miami Dade Community College, earning both A.A and A.S degrees in Commercial & Advertising Art. He attended The Columbus College of Art & Design, obtaining a B.F.A. in Advertising Design, Illustration and Commercial Photography and attended The Ohio State University where he satisfied various courses towards his minor in Business Administration.

Personal
Armando currently resides in Miami with his wife Jaqueline. He has a stepson and a daughter. Armando’s favorite sport is martial arts and his hobbies include reading, drawing, painting and photography. He also enjoys collecting coins and different kinds of books.
