Since 1984, Mike’s professional career has revolved around the service industry. Most recently, he began building a practice as a financial advisor, striving to provide his clients with individualized strategies for their personal investment goals. Mike prides himself on the ability to create a solid foundational strategy while also developing a flexible plan that can be adjusted to handle unexpected events.

Mike began his career at Applied Biosystems; most prominently, he led a multi-million dollar product research and development team. Following, Mike began consulting for Fortune 50 companies in the areas of product design, development, systems, and compliance. His interest in the financial service industry developed while working for a Venture Capitalist company in London, England. This opportunity made him aware of the issues that employees faced developing and executing retirement strategies. He shifted his career in 2018 and joined AXA Advisors, helping others plan for retirement. Mike moved to ABMM Financial in 2019 as an independent financial advisor where he continues to focus his practice on helping individuals and public school employees build and manage wealth for retirement.

Personal
Mike graduated from Ohio State University with his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. He currently resides in Mercer County with his wife, 6 children, and their dog. Together they enjoy going to the beach in Ocean City. In Mike’s free time he can be found boating, fishing, gardening, cooking, and playing golf.
