Marketing Associate

ABMM Financial is an Independent Marketing Organization (IMO) working in the field of financial services. We specialize in the distribution and implementation of retirement planning programs for public school, municipal and non-profit employees. Additionally, we provide a wide array of financial products and services, including mutual funds, insurance and annuities, college and estate planning and retirement distribution strategies.

The Marketing Associate is a full-time position.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will work with the Head of Marketing and Business Development on projects applicable to the growth and development of our core businesses. This includes:

Support all efforts surrounding branding, advertising, communications and recruiting, in both print and electronic formats, for advisors and clients

Communication with our advisors to create new and enhance existing marketing collateral for use with client sales, advisor recruiting and business partner development

Maintenance and updates of databases

Other one-off projects as necessary

Administrative duties as needed

Candidate Qualifications

Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking with the ability to work as a utility player

Strong, professional written and oral communication skills (writing sample may be requested)

Ability to learn and adapt within a fast paced environment

Must be comfortable working in a team environment

Candidate Requirements

College degree or higher

Marketing background/previous experience highly preferred

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop a plus
